You can find the URL for accessing courses enrolled using a Unique User ID (UUID) under User ID Access the settings menu:

Just copy the URL into any browser and you will be taken to your login screen:

Here you can enter your UUID and access your course material.

This portal also provides access to outstanding policies if enabled on your account.

Please note that User ID Access does not support access via an email address and is intended for users who not have access to email.
