As a Managed Service Provider, you will want to change platform and theme settings to fit your clients' needs. You can do this for all your customers at once, or adjust setting for specific customers individually.

In this article you'll find out how to:

Changing default settings for new customers

The Default Customer Settings allow you to set default settings that will apply to every new customer that you add to the platform. Using these settings will greatly reduce the time it takes to get a new customer up and running.

You can find the Default Customer Settings from the settings cog drop-down.

Changing the Default Customer Settings will only affect new customers you add to the app - it will not affect existing customers. This is why you will want to ensure you have checked and adjusted these settings before adding your first customer.

Changing settings for existing customers

To change platform settings for existing customers, you will need to log in to their app. You can do this using the Admin Login button in uService.

You will then need to find the settings page through the settings cog in the top menu. Any settings you change will apply only to the customer whose app you are logged into.

Default Email Logo Settings

If you are using a custom logo, the Use New Design toggle will be switched off by default and the options to migrate your customers to the New Email Design will be disabled.

This is to allow you to ensure that your custom logo is visible against the white background of our new email design before enabling the new design on your usecure platform.

You can send a test email to yourself to see how your logo will look with the new design by toggling the Use New Design toggle to on and clicking on Send Test Email.

Once you are happy with the appearance of your custom logo in the new email design, you have the option to apply it to all your customers in one click.

To do this, toggle the Use New Design to on, then click on Save. This will enable the 2 buttons: Enable New Design and Enable New Design & Copy Logo.

If you are using a custom logo and would like it to be applied to your customers, select the option Enable New Design & Copy Logo.

To toggle all your customers to the new design, without applying your logo to your customers, select the option Enable New Design.

You can make any changes to individual customers’ settings by logging in to their App via the Admin Login button in uService.
