What to do if your courses are not displaying correctly

Here are the steps you should follow to troubleshoot course loading issues.

1. Refresh the page

The most common reason for courses not loading correctly is from a caching issue. Reloading the course page could potentially solve a caching issue.

2. Load in private or incognito mode

Extensions in your browser can sometimes cause issues with the loading of courses. Loading your course in the private or incognito mode of your browser will allow you to see the course without interference from extensions.

3. Try a different browser

usecure courses are tested on all modern browsers, however an issue with your browser could prevent a course from loading correctly. Access the course with a different browser to ensure that your browser isn't causing the issue.

4. Update your browser

Ensure that your browser is up-to-date. Courses are made to work with the latest versions of up-to-date browsers, so you should check that your browser is up to date.

5. Let us know

If the course is still not displaying correctly, please get in touch with us by opening a new conversation in the Messenger through your admin console.

Why are course videos missing from my uLearn courses?

Course videos were originally hosted on Vimeo and have now migrated to Cloudflare Stream for improved accessibility. If you have a video in a custom course that is not loading, it is likely from a usecure course you have duplicated, that contained a legacy video which has since been updated in the original course.

The best solution is to reach out to our support team providing the name of the course you duplicated so it can be restored in your custom course.
