The Human Risk Report Sign-Up Widget allows you to add a form to your website that prospects can enter their details in and automatically start a Risk Report.

How to set up the Human Risk Report Sign-Up Widget
Step One - Enable the Sign-Up Widget
In the top menu, navigate to uService > Risk Report Sign Up
On the Risk Report Sign Up page, toggle to enable the widget
Click Generate URL to create the URL that you’ll use to embed your widget. This is randomly generated - you can’t set your own.
Step Two - Customise your Sign-Up Widget
On the Risk Report Sign Up page, go to the Widget Editor tab.
You can build your sign up form using this page editor. You add whatever you but the minimum requirement is having a sign up form. Add this by dragging a form block on to the page.
This is an email only sign up form which is the only field required for start up.
The company name and domain is derived from the email address e.g. [email protected] would give a name and domain of “testinc” and “testinc.com”. However you can also add company name and domain fields if you wish. Click on the form block and select the field(s) you to add from the “Add New Field” drop down on the right.
Now that you have your form in place you can configure the message that is shown to the user upon successful sign up.
Step Three - Edit the post-submission message
Go to the Success Message tab
Here you can set the messages title and body text as well as their font colour and size. The preview gives you a sense of how the message will look. Please note that the actual page will pick up the body font for your widget and may look different to the preview.
With your success message set, you should now save the page to put your widget live so you can embed it.
Step Four - Embed the HRR Sign-Up Widget
Go back to the Setup tab and copy the sample iframe HTML. You can then add this HTML to a webpage in your website to put the widget live.
