If you have linked your MSP End User Portal log-in page to your end users, you may want to allow users to log-in with SSO through that page. Here's how you can achieve that.

Force SSO Login visibility on your NFR's End User Portal

In your NFR platform settings, open the SSO tab and enable the “Force Visibility of "Login with SSO" option on the End User Portal” option to make the “Login via SSO” button visible on your NFR’s End User Portal login page. Enabling this option does not require that you have configured SAML SSO on your NFR.

How end users can log in with SSO on your NFR's End User Portal

End users opening your NFR's End User Portal will need to follow the below process to log in with SSO.

  1. Click Login with SSO

  2. Enter email address and click Login with SSO. The user will be taken to the end user portal if they are already logged into their identity provider. Otherwise they will need to login to their account on the identity provider to complete the SAML SSO authentication process.
