How can I direct reports to a shared mailbox?

Sending performance reports to a shared mailbox

To send performance reports to a shared mailbox you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Report Hub in our platform.

  2. Navigate to the Scheduled Reports section.

  3. Create a new scheduled report or edit an existing one for the report.

  4. In the Recipients field, add the email address of the shared mailbox.

  5. Save the changes.

Sending sync reports to a shared mailbox

Sync reports are automatically sent to Global Admins with Communication Type "All" or "Technical" when a sync completes.

To send these reports to a shared mailbox, you would need to create an Admin User using the email address of the shared mailbox, and select Communication Type "All" or "Technical".
