Sending performance reports to a shared mailbox
To send performance reports to a shared mailbox you can follow these steps:
Go to the Report Hub in our platform.
Navigate to the Scheduled Reports section.
Create a new scheduled report or edit an existing one for the report.
In the Recipients field, add the email address of the shared mailbox.
Save the changes.
Sending sync reports to a shared mailbox
Sync reports are automatically sent to Global Admins with Communication Type "All" or "Technical" when a sync completes.
To send these reports to a shared mailbox, you would need to create an Admin User using the email address of the shared mailbox, and select Communication Type "All" or "Technical".
