How are Inline Training courses sent out?

Inline Training courses are sent out immediately when a user either triggers a visit or triggers a compromise in the phishing simulation, depending on the action you have set as the failure trigger.

What courses are available for Inline Training?

When you enable Inline Training, you can choose any of the courses from the dropdown menu option that are available in the uLearn Course Library - including Custom Courses you have created yourself.

We recommend the Phishing Micro Training modules to be used for Inline Training, but you are free to choose whichever courses you wish, or even create your own custom modules for Inline Training.

What are Phishing Micro Training modules?

The Phishing Micro Training modules are brief courses that explain to users:

  • That they've been compromised in a phishing simulation

  • Why phishing is a serious risk to any organisation

  • How to avoid falling for phishing emails in the future

Each module is then followed up by a series of short questions to ensure that the user has read through and learnt the slides contained in the course. You can find the Phishing Micro Training modules in the Course Library to test it out yourself!

How can I report on Inline Training?

The uPhish reports in the Report Hub capture information on any Inline Training courses that have been sent out to users. The uPhish reports provide information on the name of the course sent out, the enrol date, the user’s score and whether they completed the course.

To download uPhish reports, go to Report Hub > Excel > uPhish.

How do I configure Inline Training for Auto Phish?

Settings for Inline Training can now be found in Settings > uPhish > Inline Training.

The settings for Inline Training at customer level apply to all Auto Phish simulations and all manually created simulations by default.
