Your usecure admin account will temporarily lock for 30 minutes if you attempt to log in with an incorrect password 5 times within 15 minutes. This also includes attempting to log in using an incorrect MFA code.
If you have been locked out of your account, you will receive an email letting you know and advising you to try again in 30 mins. If you have SSO set up, you can attempt to log in again using SSO instead.
