There are 2 Course Participation reports available to download from the Course Participation tab in Reports: Outstanding Courses and Participation Grid.
The Outstanding Courses report displays the following data:
A list of all users with outstanding courses, with their email address, any groups they belong to, their managers name and email address
A list of all outstanding courses for each user
The course levels for the outstanding courses
The number of attempts of each course for each user
The date the user enrolled on each outstanding course
Whether the user has started the course
The URL link for that course
The Participation Grid report displays the following data:
A list of all users and their email address
A "Not Completed" status for each course that a user has not completed
