Domain Lock is a setting that restricts the users that can be uploaded to the account.

  • If Domain Lock is ON, only users with a pre-defined email domain can be uploaded to the account

  • If Domain Lock is OFF, users with any email domain can be uploaded to the account.

How do I turn Domain Lock on or off?

  • Free trial accounts are restricted to having Domain Lock ON

  • Full accounts can have Domain Lock lifted by contacting support through the messenger

  • MSP accounts can enable/disable Domain Lock for client accounts through uService

I have a customer who uses multiple top level domains and would like all the users to show in one report. However, the system says that I cannot add user from a different domain. What can I do?

You can have users with different domain names in one customer account and show up on the same report by turning off the domain lock on the customer, which allows you to add users with other domains to the account.
