Here's how to set a Preferred Content Language for your customers.

The usecure platform contains templates for many languages and regions. To make simulations effective, you should ensure that your customers and end users receive the ones most appropriate to them.

Finding the right templates is easy to do using the Preferred Content Language setting.

This setting can be found in the Languages section of the platform settings, but you can also quickly update it for your customers in uService. Simply click Edit on the action menu, and set a Preferred Content Language in the Details tab.

When you create a new customer, you will be asked to provide a Preferred Content Language. It is also important that you update the Preferred Content Language for your existing customers.
