What to do if I see an error message about not having users on uBreach?

When I open uBreach, I see an error message stating: "You currently have no users on the platform, once you add some users we will check if they have appeared in any breaches." What should I do?

If you've received the 'no users on the platform' message on uBreach, verify that you have uploaded users to the platform. You can do this on the 'Users' tab in your usecure application. If you have not uploaded any users yet, you can do so using the 'Add User' button, or by enabling Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace synchronisation through the platform settings.
