Why am I getting the message 'No users present after filtering'?

If you are getting a sync message saying "No users present after filtering", make sure the following criteria are met for users to be synched to the system:

  • All users have a first and last name set in Azure Active Directory or Google Workspace.

  • Users’ email domains match the domain associated with your usecure account and if your company has multiple domains, domain lock is disabled.
