Getting started with uHealth

A practical journey from customer selection to first risk review and action plan.

Written by Kerryn Zendera

The first launch sets the tone. A focused, well-run first engagement builds partner confidence and gives the customer an early, visible win.

The concept explained

A straightforward launch path:

  1. Choose the right first customer. Look for an engaged customer who already runs some human risk management, uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and is open to regular security reviews. A good-fit first account makes early success more likely.

  2. Connect the signals. Bring in the customer's identity and usecure data so uHealth can build the risk picture. Product Academy covers the setup steps.

  3. Run the first risk review. Walk the customer through where risk sits, starting with the highest-priority users and any Toxic Combinations.

  4. Turn findings into an action plan. Prioritize a short list of fixes rather than everything at once, assign clear actions, and set a realistic timeline. This avoids overwhelming the customer.

  5. Measure and communicate progress. At the next review, show score movement, resolved risks and control improvements, and agree the next set of priorities.

What it means for an MSP

Launching in this order keeps the first engagement focused and repeatable. Once the pattern works with one customer, it becomes the template for rolling uHealth out across the base.

A practical customer example

An MSP selects an engaged 40-person client for its first launch. After connecting Microsoft 365 and existing usecure data, the first review surfaces four priority users. The MSP agrees a short action plan, begins addressing the most urgent issues over the following weeks, and shows clear progress at the follow-up. That success becomes the reference story for launching the next ten customers.

Key takeaway

Start with a good-fit customer, connect the signals, run a focused first review, turn findings into a short action plan, and prove progress at the next review. One clean launch becomes the template for the rest.
