Why are the Course Previews from the Course Library and Course Builder still showing the old Course UI?
We are currently working on updating the course previews and course builder to reflect the new UI.
Why are subtitles not showing on my custom courses?
If you have subtitles on your custom courses, these might not show, as the new video player lacks native support for subtitles on Vimeo content. If your subtitles are not showing, please reach out to support.
Why are my theme colour settings no longer reflected in the course UI?
The colours used within the new course UI are fixed, so will no longer be reflected.The logo, page title and favicon settings are reflected.
Why can't I download the course certificated from the finish course screen?
Currently course certificates cannot be download from the finished course screen directly. Users will need to go to the end user portal to download their certificates or an admin will need to download it for them. We are working on restoring this feature for the near future.
