Introducing PSA Tools

Connect usecure with your preferred PSA tools to centralise your customers’ human risk activity in one place.

Written by Anna Cunningham

What are PSA Integrations?

PSA Integrations connect your usecure account directly with your Professional Services Automation (PSA) Tools, allowing key human risk events to be synchronised directly into your PSA platform. This helps you as an MSP centralise visibility, improve response times, and manage security-related activity from the tools you already use every day.

Improve visibility and response with PSA Integrations

With PSA Integrations, you can surface key human risk events, including failed phishing simulations and, when uBreach Pro is enabled, newly detected breaches directly in your PSA platform. By centralising these events in your PSA, you can reduce reliance on manual platform checks and align security insights with your existing workflows.

Integration scope and expansion

Currently, PSA integrations can automatically raise tickets in your connected PSA tool when:

  • A user fails a phishing simulation.

  • A new breach is detected when uBreach Pro is enabled.

This helps ensure that relevant security events can be tracked and acted on through your existing PSA workflows.

Additional event types and capabilities will be introduced in future updates as the integration evolves.

Which PSA platforms are supported for integration?

With PSA integrations, you can connect your usecure platform to any of the following PSA tools:

  • ConnectWise

  • Autotask

  • HaloPSA

  • NinjaOne
