2. If necessary, use the search box to find the user you are looking for. 

3. Click on the name of the user to whom you would like to send a reminder.

4. On the user page, scroll down to the list of courses the user is enrolled onto. Click on the action button (>) on the course for which you would like to send a reminder. This button is only available if the user has not completed the course.

5. In the drop-down menu, click 'Send Course Reminder'. 

A reminder email will immediately be sent out to the selected user.
