In this article, you'll learn:

What is the End User Portal?

The End User Portal allows end users to track down their policies and courses and find information about their learning progress. On the portal, end users can:

  • View and complete their outstanding training courses

  • View their overall phishing performance, including average compromised rate

  • View and complete their outstanding policy signature requests

  • View their overall course performance, including completion rates and scores

  • View their historic human risk score

Why is the End User Portal beneficial?

The End User Portal is a highly useful tool for keeping end users in control of their learning and policy progress.

  • Enable end-users to understand the ongoing impact of their training program

  • Allow end-users to understand their cyber security strengths, weaknesses and overall risk score

  • Make it easy for end-users to catch-up on all outstanding courses and policies in one place

How to enable/disable the End User Portal

You can enable or disable the End User Portal for your end users from the platform settings. On the End User Portal page, hit the toggle to enable/disable the portal - and don't forget to click the Save button to save your changes!

Where can users access their portal?

Here's how users can access their end user portal independently.

1. Use the 'Go to Portal' button

The button can be found in two places:

  • On the top right of the course interface, next to the language drop-down

  • On the course completion screen, below their score for the course

2. Get a magic link

Once users click the button, they will be taken to a page that looks something like the below (with your company's branding if you've set up your white-labelling options in the platform settings). Users need to just enter their email address to receive a link inviting them to the portal.

3. Follow the link in the invitation email

The user should now receive an invitation email to the portal. On this email, the user will just need to click 'Log In' and they will be taken to their portal.

Note: You can also find a persistent, static URL for users to log-in to their End User Portals from Settings > End User Portal. With this link, users can easily access their End User Portals at any time.
