Why hasn't a user been enrolled on training after finishing their Gap Analysis questionnaire?

If a user hasn't been automatically enrolled on training after finishing their Gap Analysis questionnaire, it could be because of the time that Auto Enrol courses are sent out. Auto Enrol courses are set to go out at certain times according to the Auto Enrol settings. You should also check that the user isn't excluded from Auto Enrol, by clicking Edit on the user on the Users page and making sure that the 'Exclude from Auto Enrol' option is not enabled.

If a user has not received training, it could also be because they still have courses pending completion.

Users must have completed all courses at a given level before being sent courses at the next level. For example, a user must have completed all Beginner courses before being sent an Intermediate course.
