You can disable automatic enrolment of users to training courses and the gap analysis questionnaire by switching off Auto Enrol in your platform settings.

1. Go to the platform settings by clicking the settings cog in the top-right of your screen in usecure, and then click Settings.

2. In the uLearn tab on the left, click Auto Enrol.

3. Toggle off Auto Enrol using the toggle option.

4. Click the Save button to save your settings.
