How can I resend the Gap Analysis questionnaire to users who have not yet completed it?
You can send a reminder to all users who have been enrolled onto but not completed Gap Analysis through the platform settings. Open the Gap Analysis Reminder Emails page under uLearn in the left-hand menu, and then click the Send a one-off reminder email now button to send out your reminder email.
Please note, it is not possible to re-enrol users on the Gap Analysis questionnaire. Selecting the option to enrol a user who has already been sent the Gap Analysis questionnaire will send a reminder email to the user to complete the Gap Analysis.
