Exploring the uLearn Course Library

Discover the range of courses available in the uLearn Course Library and learn how to find the right training for your organisation.

Written by Anna Cunningham

The Course Library gives you access to usecure's platform course catalogue, including security awareness, compliance, AI and other specialist training.

Rather than providing a fixed list of courses, the Course Library lets you browse and discover available content using categories, filters and search.

What's available in the Course Library?

The catalogue includes courses covering areas such as:

  • Information security and cyber security

  • Compliance

  • AI awareness

  • Workplace and specialist subjects

  • Role- and topic-specific training

New courses and updates are also surfaced in the Course Library so you can discover recently added or refreshed content.

How to find a course

Go to uLearn > Course Library.

From here, you can:

  • Browse featured and recently updated courses

  • Explore courses by category

  • Search for a specific topic or course

  • Filter courses by category, sub-theme, level, language and country/region

  • Sort your results

  • Open a course's details to learn more before enrolling

For more information, see Searching and filtering courses in the uLearn Course Library.

What about custom courses?

Custom courses created by your organisation or shared with you by a partner are managed separately from the platform catalogue.

Go to uLearn > My Courses to view:

  • Courses owned by your organisation

  • Courses shared with you by an MSP or distributor

This separation makes it easier to distinguish usecure's platform catalogue from courses created or shared specifically for your organisation.

What about Gap Analysis?

Gap Analysis is also separate from the Course Library.

Go to uLearn > Gap Analysis to access the Gap Analysis questionnaire and the courses associated with your automated security awareness training programme.

The Course Library is where you can explore the wider catalogue beyond the courses delivered through your standard Auto Enrol programme.
