Searching and Filtering uLearn Courses

Find out how to search, filter and sort courses in the uLearn Course Library so you can quickly find the training that best matches your needs.

Written by Anna Cunningham

The uLearn Course Library gives you access to the full range of usecure training courses, covering security awareness, compliance, AI, health and safety and more. To help you find the right course quickly, you can browse the Course Library tabs, search for courses, and apply filters.

In this article you will learn:

How the Course Library is organised

In uLearn > Course Library, courses are organised into three tabs:

  • Catalogue – all usecure courses. When no filters are applied, you'll also see featured courses and a selection of new and recently updated courses.

  • My Courses – custom courses created by your organisation. Courses shared with you by your partner appear in a separate Shared with you section.

  • Gap Analysis and Auto Enrol – the Gap Analysis questionnaire and the courses used in Auto Enrol.

Searching for courses

Use the Search courses bar in the top right of the Course Library to search by course name, description or topic. As you type, matching courses will appear. You'll also see your recent searches and popular categories.

Using course filters

On the Catalogue tab, you can refine the courses shown using the following filters:

Category – filter by topic, such as AI Enablement and Security, Compliance, Health & Safety or Information Security. You can also select a more specific subcategory within each category, such as Malware or Financial Scams.

Level – filter by course level: Foundational, Practitioner or Expert.

Languages – show only courses available in your chosen language(s).

Country – show courses relevant to a specific country or region, such as courses covering local laws and regulations.

You can combine multiple filters at once. For example: Practitioner + Compliance + Spanish.

Sorting courses

You can change the order of courses using the sort options.
