To make it easier to get the information you need, the usecure platform automatically sends out a weekly summary email to the admin team on your portal.

Note: Admins would need to have the Global Admin role to receive the weekly summary report.

In this article you'll find:

What information does the weekly summary include?

This summary report includes detail of what's happening and what has happened over the past week, including:

  • uPhish Simulation Performance

  • uLearn performance average grade

  • What new users have been added

  • Which users are inactive

  • Users with outstanding courses (how many)

When are weekly summaries sent out?

Weekly summary reports are sent on a Friday morning at 8am UK time, but you can also send them out at anytime in the settings menu.

Where can I configure my weekly summary?

Configure the Weekly Summary settings on your Settings page.

On this page, you can turn on or off your weekly summary, and you can also select who should receive the summary every week.

Who can receive the weekly summary?

The weekly summary can be sent to the following user types:

Admin Users

Only admin users who have been assigned the Global Admin role will receive the weekly summary. You can check if an admin user has a Global Admin role under the Role(s) column in the Manager Your Admin User page by navigating to Settings > Admin Users.

If you need to make any changes to an admin’s role, click on the Edit button for that admin user and then on the tab Admin Roles in the pop up. You can find a more detailed guide on assigning admin roles here.

Group Managers

Group managers are users that have been assigned as manager to a group of users. Sending the weekly summary email to group managers allows them to take responsibility for their own team.

Group managers are configured in the User settings. You will need to have groups set up to be able to allocate a group manager. You can find a more detailed guide on how to assign Group Managers here.

User Managers

User managers are users who have been assigned as manager to an individual user.

You can manually assign user Managers in the User settings. You can find a more detailed guide on how to assign User Managers here.

Note: The Weekly Summary sent to managers will only include data related to the groups or users to which they are assigned.
