The side menu on the left of the usecure platform is how you get to every product and setting. It looks and works the same on every page, so it stays in the same place as you move around the platform.

What's in the side menu
From top to bottom, the side menu has:
The header: your company logo and name, with the notifications bell beside them.
The main menu: the usecure products and pages available to your account, such as Home, Users, uPhish, uLearn, uBreach, uHealth, uPolicy, Reports and Help Centre. MSP accounts also see uService at the top.
The footer: Admin Users and Settings. MSP accounts also see Default Customer Settings here.
Your profile: at the very bottom, where you can open your account settings and log out.
Note: The items you see depend on the products, permissions and features on your account. If a page isn't available to you, it may be hidden, or shown greyed out with a padlock icon. You can't open greyed-out pages.
Moving between products and pages
Click a product in the side menu to expand it and see its pages, then click the page you want to open. The page you're on is highlighted, and its product stays expanded so you can always see where you are, even if you opened the page from a link.
A few items work slightly differently:
Help Centre resources open in a new browser tab. MSP accounts see partner resources, and company accounts see getting-started guides.
uHealth takes you to uHealth onboarding until onboarding is finished. After that, it takes you to the uHealth dashboard.
Tip: If you're an MSP working in a customer's account, the side menu keeps you in that customer's account as you move between pages.
Collapsing and resizing the side menu
If you want more room for the page you're working on, you can make the side menu narrower or collapse it.
Collapse the side menu
To collapse the side menu so it only shows icons, click on the menu icon.
When the menu is collapsed:
Hover over an icon to see what it is.
For a product with more than one page, its pages open in a small menu beside the side menu.
Resize the side menu
To change the width of the side menu, drag its right-hand edge to make it wider or narrower.
The platform remembers whether your side menu is collapsed and how wide it is, including after you reload the page. If you've never changed them, the side menu opens expanded at its standard width.
Viewing your notifications
To view your notifications, click the bell icon next to your company name at the top of the side menu.
Account settings and logging out
Your account settings and the log out option are in your profile menu at the bottom of the side menu.
Click your name at the bottom of the side menu.
Choose one of these:
Account Settings to manage your personal account, for example your password or multi-factor authentication.
Log Out to log out of the platform.
Note: If you're an MSP working in a customer's account, the profile menu also has an option to return to your own account: Go back to my account.
To manage your platform settings or administrators, use Settings or Admin Users in the side menu footer, just above your name.
